DANCE RULES & REGULATIONS:
SOBHD rules will govern all events.
The decisions of the judges are final.
All dancers must report when called or be disqualified from
competition. All dancers
must be in appropriate costume to compete and to receive awards.
Order of competition will be determined by the date of receipt of
entry forms: the first received will dance last, and vice-versa.

Registration Cards must be shown.
