THE MUSIC NEVER STOPS
The Piping and Dance competitions have come to a close, the vendors are in full swing, and The Knoxville Pipes & Drums parades down Main Street to officially open the music portion of our Festival at noon. The Highland Stage then becomes the center of continuous musical entertainment as each of our featured entertainers take turns delighting you with outstanding Celtic music. We work hard each year to provide a variety of Celtic music, with a mixture of Scottish, Irish, Traditional and Contemporary that is sure to please.
The Ceilidh by the Loch begins at 6:30pm featuring Colin Grant-Adams, The Martin Family Band, and a headlining performance by Coyote Run. The evening concludes with a lone piper atop the Dandridge dike playing a dramatic rendition of Amazing Grace.
Please visit the Schedule page to find out what time each artist takes the stage.
The Dandridge Scots-Irish Festival is provided in its entirety by Main Street Dandridge and our generous Patrons and Sponsors. There is no charge for the street festival, nor for the Ceilidh. A limited number of folding chairs are available under the spectator's tent. There is plenty of room on the grass for those who bring their own chairs or blankets.
Reserved seating will be maintained at the front of the tent for Thistle Club Patron Contributors. Please consider supporting our Festival by becoming a Sponsor or by choosing one of several available Patron's packages.
