The 6th Dandridge

Scots-Irish Music Festival

Bagpipe & Highland Dance Competitions

September 29, 2012   Dandridge, Tennessee

FRIDAY RECEPTION
In conjunction with the Dandridge Scots-Irish Festival, founding Thistle Club Golden Patrons Jim and Karen Everett will again host a private reception for Thistle Club Patron members on Friday evening September 23, 2011. This is a great chance to put on your Celtic attire and socialize with the other Patrons who help make our Festival possible.

This year, the reception will be held under the tent at the Main Stage area behind Dandridge Town Hall, as the Everett's historic Sheperd's Inn is undergoing renovation.

The reception begins at 7:00 P.M. and will feature a selection of Scottish and Irish finger foods. (Yes, there will be haggis!) The reception really takes off when Patrons will be treated to a private performance by this year's Festival headline music act, Coyote Run. The reception is scheduled to last until 9:00 or so, or until we tire out the band. We hope to see you there!

It is easy to become a Patron and help support the Dandridge Scots-Irish Festival. There are several levels of Patron membership, including a 'Heather'  reception package. For more information on how you can become a Patron, please visit the THISTLE CLUB page. There you can select the option best for you and conveniently place your order online.

Below are some photos taken at last year's reception that featured a private performance by Colin Grant-Adams and the Martin Family Band.
